Charlie has spent over 20 years in helping brand’s achieve their marketing and advertising goals. He launched the Brand Intersection Group in 2007, a brand strategy consultancy.

Charlie has mastered leadership positions in Advertising, Social Marketing, Experiential Marketing, Public Relations, Interactive & Direct Marketing.

He worked as CMO and Director of Account Management at RedPeg Marketing to provide brand consulting and promotional strategy for companies hoping to leverage non-traditional tactics to breakthrough to consumers and companies trying to become more intentional about how they craft consumer experiences.

Jones joined RedPeg after holding the position of CMO at Arnold Worldwide where he was the top marketing strategist responsible for maintaining the quality of Arnold’s account management consulting practice for all of the agency’s clients. He came to Arnold after engineering the sale of Earle Palmer Brown to Arnold in 2002.

As President and Managing Partner of Earle Palmer Brown he was responsible for P&L, client relationships, new business, staff development and recruiting as well as senior oversight on all client work. Charlie has also been a faculty member at Georgetown's McDonough School of Business since 2003.

Dave is a seasoned marketing executive. He is President of the Interactive Intersection Group, an advertising rep firm specializing in providing video content syndication and advertising opportunities for a plethora of national marketers.

He was formerly VP, Sales at AOL for over 7 years. Dave managed some of AOL’s most important client relationships including Procter & Gamble, Campbell’s Soup, Capital One, Coca-Cola, General Mills & Hershey’s. He was responsible for those partnerships based on his ability to understand a client’s business objectives and to craft relevant, accountable solutions that drove measurable results.

Dave also understands what clients face everyday through his roles in marketing at the Washington Post, the Hechinger Company and Roy Rogers restaurants. Dave started his career as a media planner at Grey Advertising in NYC, before moving to Account Management roles at NW Ayer and Earle Palmer Brown.
